Chick-fil-A in Miramar Beach

Save yourself the time and effort and don’t go to this Chick FAIL A. They literally don’t know how to get a order right or hand you your OWN receipt. Why would I want someone else’s? This has literally happened 10 times. And definitely don’t go for breakfast time! They didn’t have put hash browns in my HASHBROWN bowl. They will bring you out your order when you’re all the way in the back of the line because only one lane moves apparently. So then you’re stuck in the lane with your food getting cold because you can’t get out :)

It's the typical Chick-fil-A. I tried for the first time the kale and broccoli side salad. Felt it is very overpriced for what you get. But it did taste good though.

Like any other chick-fil-a, the food is great. The chicken sandwich is as good as it is portrayed. The waffle fries are good too.

Ordered from the Chick-fil-A app while on vacation this week. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. They also included all the sauces we requested. This is a good Chick-fil-A!

All were wearing masks and gloves then got up to pay and half the staff was wearing masks down below their nose (why bother wearing a mask if not on right)

My meal was very simple , 4 number one orders w lemonade, coke and ice coffee . They gave us the wrong drinks , and food we didn’t order . Not satisfied.

We both had spicey chicken sandwiches and I had sweet tea. The chicken was very good. We ate inside, very clean. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The line moved well but Alexis, the women who took my order, was very rude. The service I received was very unexpected for chickfila.

Fill your fries up to the top! Always only 3/4 of the way full. I feel like I’m getting ripped off. Other then that y’all do a great job considering how busy you are.

We went to this chick fla to get Lunch and we sat in the line for ever and we got our food and they didn’t give us the sauces the milk shakes weren’t even mixed up right and the food was horrible this was by far the worst chick fla visit I’ve ever had won’t ever return to this location.

The Lord's chicken as my daughter calls it is always 10 stars.. the wait is long which I dont mind at all but if you have to wait that long food should be hot .. I'm from Tennessee and I've waited awhile in line but my food was always hot like those poor kids out side taking orders in the heat God bless those children I hope you all are paying them good

Good, but not as fast as other Chick-fil-a's.

They didn't give me my egg white grill breakfast sandwich, bacon egg cheese biscuit, or the honey I asked for with the chicken biscuits I ordered for a curbside order. Then the doors were locked to ask for assistants

Drive up went quickly, pleasant and quick service.Their food is reasonably priced.I have always enjoyed their food and beverage products but think that it is time to cut back on the amount of salt in their original chicken sandwich. It would taste better and would be better for you.

Love Chick-fil-a. This place was nice and the host was wonderful. All the tables were very pretty with the festive holiday decorations.

Order chicken egg and cheese bagel meal. Got chicken biscuit. Took it back. Got bacon egg and cheese bagel. Ever since the 2 lines orders have been screwed up.

Order #3757, they messed it up so badly. I think there is a deliberate ploy by their workers to always not provide the number of fries you paid for as this is not the first time I have experienced this. My order was short of two packets of fries, the kids toy for the kids meal and the wrong nuggets for the meals. The 8ct and 12ct were supposed to be grilled i received fried nuggets. I tried calling the store 3 times and left 2 messages and to the time of this review no one returned my call.The Chick Fil A service has dropped tremendously and borders on extremely poor

Person who took our order made two mistakes on it. He also didn't know the menu and had to ask an other employee for one of my questions on a salad. Also got my husband sandwich wrong. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a chick file a.

Forgot 3 drinks in 1 order. Overall was okay. Service could have been more upbeat like what they usually are. Miramar Beach location.

When we said that we wanted Polynesian sauce they gave us barbecue sauce, chick fil a sauce and garlic herb sauce but not Polynesian sauce and when my grandpa ordered half and half (half sweet/unsweet tea) they gave him half sweet and half lemonade. What the hell are y’all thinking

Awesome, mouth watering place! The servers were quick, very nice, and sociable. Not to mention the food! I ate here on Christmas Eve and New Year's day, placing orders for large amounts of their delicious chicken biscuits, and had both of my orders arrive in around 2-3 minutes! Much better than eating at Apartheid Inc.

When you buy something make sure you got everything you ordered. Got home with missing half of the order.

Not exactly sure of Chic-fil-a hiring process, but it definitely works. Employees always make you feel like you're valued as a customer here.

Not really impressed with this Chick-fil-A! Yes for granted they have good food, clean everything but the people working here isn't themselves. Maybe we have been complacent with the one close nearby where we live. Nice restaurant tho but something is different about it.

They are on brand. Best service in town. Was once watching my friends’ son who had a meltdown and they offered a little ice cream cone to help calm him. Very kind.

The staff is AMAZING. Customer service is phenomenal. I have been coming to this location for 5 years. Super fantastic store. Always neat and getting the job done.

Local and frequent visitor. About half the time, I am charged for items that I did not order. Accuracy in the drive thru needs attention. Request a receipt when ordering and compare your order before leaving the window.

Always quick and friendly. Typically a line but they move you through quickly. Food and service are consistently great.

Hard to see from road but a great place to eat. They had online curb pickup which is my favorite.

This is possibly the slowest Chick Fil A drive thru I have ever been in. The one by my office has the line wrapped twice and will get you out in 5 mins. We've currently been in this line for 20 mins and just paid for our order.

Used to be my favorite store to go to but unfortunately the rudeness of one of the managers the last 2 times I went has been very unpleasant! The first time they forgot to give me a biscuit at breakfast then again tonight she forgot a sandwich both times I stated these issues to the same woman in the drive thru and she snatched the food and receipt out of my hand claiming I hadn't paid for it when it is clearly on the receipt and not in my bag. Very unprofessional especially when she is supposed to be a manager.

Spicy chicken is my favorite. Ice tea is really delicious. Mix mastered with ketchup for better sauce.

Fantastic service even during COVID lockdown. They care super organized, always polite, and the food is always excellent!
